On April 7-8, scientists from Institute of Genetics and Physiology attended the “Animal ManureTreatment and Utilization in Germany and China” on line. Three topics are enviornmental and administrative aspects, greenhouse gas emission and mitigation, and application conditions and management treatment of organic fertilizers. Totally 18 experts from China and Germany gave presentations around these 3 topics.

By attending this meeting, scientists have deepened the understanding of German techniques of animal manure treatment, environmental management, utilization of return manure and so on. Meanwhile, the meeting rise the awareness of experts to German equipment and national policy. This will help to develop research ideas and find the opportunity on scientific cooperation.
